This is the only personal training program I offer. It's a 12-week, 1-on-1 high-touch, hybrid training program. It's designed specifically for busy parents and professionals (30-50+) who want to undo "desk body," get "kid-proof" strong, and get their energy back. It includes a fully tailored program on the Alpine Strong app, 1-on-1 weekly check-ins (virtual or in-person), and my complete "Peak Performer" bonus stack.
Q: Do you offer single 1-on-1 sessions?
No. I am done selling my time by the hour because it's a disservice to my clients. Single sessions don't get results—they create dependency. I sell a 12-week result. This program is designed to give you a complete transformation, not a single workout.
Q: I'm not local to Douglas County, Ga. Can I still work with you?
Yes! This is a "hybrid" program, meaning it's built to be 100% virtual if you are not local. We use the app for your daily programming and conduct our 1-on-1 weekly sessions over virtual calls. Your location is no longer a barrier to getting results.
Q: I'm incredibly busy. How much time does this take?
This program was built for busy people. It's not for people with 2 hours to spend in the gym. Your app workouts are efficient (30-45 minutes), and our weekly 1-on-1 check-in is one hour. The "Busy Parent" nutrition guide is built on 10-minute meals. The "Desk Body" protocol takes 5 minutes. We're not adding to your stress; we're streamlining your health.
Q: I'm totally out of shape. Is this too advanced?
The opposite. This is not a "one-size-fits-all" group class. It's a 100% "done-for-you" protocol tailored to your exact starting point. We start by fixing your aches and pains, building a foundation, and then we add intensity. This is built for the person who is starting from "day one" for the tenth time.
Q: What is this "Kid-Proof Guarantee" I've heard about?
