My name is Chris Wilson, or Coach Chris.

For over a decade, my life was defined by the pursuit of the "perfect" physique. With 13 years as a gymnastics coach and a career as a Certified Personal Trainer, I was on the doorstep of earning my IFBB Pro Card in 2023. Then, an unforeseen accident changed everything.

The career I had built was gone, replaced by two years of grueling physical therapy. But in that recovery, I discovered something more valuable than any trophy: True strength isn’t about how you look in a mirror; it’s about what your body allows you to do in the real world.

I founded Alpine Strong in 2025 to share that realization with you. My mission is to help you build an "Adventure Ready" body—one defined by the mobility, resilience, and functional power needed to say "yes" to life’s experiences. Whether we are working together in the Peak Performer Program or grinding through a strength focus session at Just Breathe Yoga Center, my goal is to give you the tools to move better, feel stronger, and build a body that lasts.

The Peak Performer Program (PPP) is the "Blueprint" for your rebuild.

It is a 12-week, high-touch hybrid system designed to bridge the gap between your effort and your results.

Built for the 30-50+ professional, this program is the antidote to "Desk Body." We use it to identify mechanical drag, fix nagging injuries, and ensure every drop of sweat yields a high Return on Investment (ROI).

We combine the precision of 1-on-1 coaching with the flexibility of custom app programming to get you Adventure-Ready.

The 12-Week System Includes:

  • The Body Audit: A deep-dive assessment to fix pain and align your mechanics.

  • The Hybrid Model: Fully tailored workouts on the Alpine Strong App + Weekly 1-on-1 Strategy Sessions (Virtual or In-Person).

Q: Do you offer single 1-on-1 sessions?

We offer a Single Strategy Session for individuals who need direction but aren't ready for a full 12-week build.

This is a "compass check." We cut through the confusion of social media trends and focus strictly on your data. We will review your current training, check your form, and give you the specific metrics you need to track to ensure you are actually moving forward, not just spinning your wheels.

Q: I'm not local to Douglas County, Ga. Can I still work with you?

Yes! This is a "hybrid" program, meaning it's built to be 100% virtual if you are not local. We use our app for your daily programming and conduct our 1-on-1 weekly sessions over virtual calls, also done via app. Your location is no longer a barrier to getting results.

Q: I'm totally out of shape. Is this too advanced?

The opposite. This is not a "one-size-fits-all" fitness service. It's a 100% "done-for-you" protocol tailored to your exact starting point. We start by fixing your aches and pains, building a foundation, and then we add intensity. This is built for the person who is starting from "day one" for the tenth time, AND for those who are putting in the work without seeing the results you want.

Q: What is the “Adventure-Ready Guarantee”?

Q: How do I get started?
